Hi all,
This morning (April 7th) i found my mated Chilobrachys huahini had laid eggs so i left her alone until i checked on her again about 2 hours ago and she had not laid down enough webbing and didn't web over the eggs but she was still trying to roll it so i left her to it. I then checked on for the second time about an hour ago and she had given up trying and was trying to eat the eggs instead so i removed the eggs that were mostly still on some webbing.
I then had to decide how to go about trying to save them and decided to do the method below:
We left the eggs on the webbing and put it in some netting and tied it to form the same kind of shape as a sac.
We then suspended this on some more netting over some moist substrate in a plastic cup.
We finished it off by putting netting on the top off the cup and securing it with elastic bands

I think we have done a good job and fingers crossed that somthing might come of it
Ps. My dad was helping me and those are his hands in the pics
Regards,
Luke
