I just finished a trade with a friend for these five beautiful geckos. I definitely got the better end of the deal but he knows that, he's just a great guy. The super hypo tang was sadly affected by the contaminated mealworms last year and has a problem with her eyelids, but is still quite pretty.

Very nice looking lizards? What did you give for them?

Thanks for the kind remarks guys. I traded a male african fat tail and a bunch of roaches for them. I forgot to mention that the 2nd and 3rd from the top also have mild feet deformities from the same mealworms, so he essentially gave me those top 3 for free.

What was wrong with the mealworms? I never feed them to anything, so I wasn't aware there could be a problem.

I think it had to do with the whole mealworm shortage that occurred last year. The food that the suppliers fed their worms was contaminated, and my friend fed those worms to some of his gravid females. He actually had to freeze some of the babies because their defects were so bad.

brotha, nice color phases. And I don't think the deformities will detract from the animals. Great deal.
