Possibly, but probably not. Moulting or simply being a pet hole is more likely, I think. Ya can't really know for sure unless you did it up, and that is definitely NOT advised, especially after only weeks have passed.
Fossorial tarantulas are the Schrodinger's Cat of the spider world. :D

I'm just letting it ride, My new darlingi enclosure has a bark, ledge hide where I made a small starter burrow and I put in some branch so it could web that up as well. Well today it has decided it wants to be arboreal and is on top of one of the sticks. So one classic hole and one total oddball.
