Keep it like other bark scorpions and you will be fine. If you can find sheets for other species in that genus than it will work for excillicauda.

Also what you have might be Centruroides sculpturatus, C. exilicauda are now only found in Baja California.

I don't have it, yet...Someone is offering me 3 in a purchase im making... does anyone else have any experiance with this particular species? and i assume there hot?

THey're painful but I wouldn't say hot just be careful, they are in a family with some very hot species.

Caresheets are widley available, all you need are some vertical climbs, some sand and peat and a high temperature... it's not hard and tons of people have them.
