Been having a go at sourcing good rotten wood for my millipedes.
I purchased from a seller on eBay and a seller on Mercari. Both claimed to be baked to ensure there wasn't any unwanted creatures
I found this centipede in my feather Millipede enclosure. I had to dump the whole enclosure to sort through everything and capture this beast.

It came from Washington state or Pennsylvania. Any ideas what it is?
I put it in a small enclosure with plenty of springtails to eat.
I'm curious if it's full grown or just a baby.
I'll only buy from verified sources from now on. I can't believe I put a predator in with dainty feathers. Found one dead millipede in my quest to wrangle it. I hope it wasn't from the centipede.

Found the answer myself.
Geophilus flavus - Soil centipede
It's cool but I'll stick with Diplopoda.

Geophilomorpha probably never eat Platydesmids.
