Centipede ID, Care Tips?

I found this guy in my bathtub, looks to be 2" or so in length. Looking for an ID, and if possible care tips on this guy. I have never kept a centipede before, but have been looking into it lately. So I am not a total centipede newb...but I'm very close...so any help would be awesome!

That's what I had done as of yesterday. I put in maybe 3/4" of peat and a small water dish in the 32oz insect cup I had it in. He burrowed down right away, should I provide deeper substrate? I assumed he could handle decently sized prey, but he didn't show any interest in a 1/2" dubia nymph, should I offer something smaller?

They love to burrow, so about 2" would work, and 1/2" roach is fine for that size.
