Centipede Diet?

I’d like to start a thread on Centipede diets. I’d like to know what others have used as supplements and regular diet? Examples certain fruits, cat food, insects.
As well as growth rates of known?
life span while on regular diet with supplements?

i feed a mix of insects including dubia, lateralis, and locusts, as well as chicken meat and fish meat, and variety of fruits with apples, mandarins, pineapple and pear

if you use canned food i think dog food its better than cat food
