My immediate thought is, "he's just molting," but he just molted about a week ago. Is that normal?
I offered him a cricket and a moth. He may not be able to see the moth. It's very well camouflaged, but he keeps watching the cricket. When I first added the cricket, he grabbed at it, but let go when it struggled.

Tear off the head of the cricket, and stab it on a toothpick. Make sure the guts are there. Put it against the nymph's mouth, he'll eat it. Just let him eat until he grabs it, then slowly twist the toothpick out.

It's a very small cricket. He's eaten them a few times before. I guess this one was just wily. I may pop off its back legs next time. Poor little cricket. What a life......
