I've seen several inverts I want to purchase from the buy/sell/trade section but it always said I have insufficient rights to replay. Is that rank or supporter based our something?

No, that's just how the Classified sections work. You should be able to PM the seller or use the contact method specified in the seller's review page.

How to PM:

1. Open the post to which you want to reply.
2. Click the seller's user name.
3. Click "Start a Conversation."

Some sellers specify a contact method other than forum PMs. This may be stated in the ad, or it may be on the seller's review page. To check the seller's review page:

1. Open the post to which you want to reply.
2. Click the seller's user name.
3. Click "Reviews & Reports Page."
