Can you collect bumblebee millipedes in Florida

I was wondering if you can collect bumblebee or scarlet millipedes in Florida. I heard they are invasive there but Florida’s invert laws are different than most states and I was wondering if it was legal or if I need a permit to collect them and bring some home

As far as I am aware, there are no regulations regarding the collecting or keeping of native/naturalized millipedes in Florida (except for inside, of course, protected areas).

Can you fly home with them if you live in a different state

I believe so if your airline doesn't have a problem with it (they usually don't if you aren't obnoxious about it).
