Stopped by a pet store last night and saw this carp.

This is absolutely pure disgusting, I can not believe that people that are hired at for a job that is dealing with any type of animal. Does not even have the common knowledge about a Tarantula to give a home that is quality. In all honesty, why would you even get a job at a pet store if you don't have common sense on the type of housing the animals you are working with should be placed in! :wall:

I stopped going in there a while ago after I got my first T cage from them. I wanted a small tropical exoterra. They were trying to tell me that every T lives in the desert and needs a desert enclosure, even though they never heard of my species. I feel sorry for the cabolts I see there with crickets swarming all over them in desert enclosures.

Pet stores really should be required by law to have some sort of training or demonstrate knowledge of a species before they are allowed to carry it. Not doing so, to me, is animal cruelty.
