Hi everyone..

My 2.5 inch G.pulchra sling molted about 4 days ago. It has not started to accept it's usual favourite food (slightly mamed cricket). The problem is that I'm leaving tomorrow (saturday) on a week long vacation and my parents do not want to feed any of my spiders. So my question is, that seems how it just molted and has a fairly plumb abdomen, can I let it be until i get back next saturday (a week)? Or does it need to eat because it just molted.

It will of course have fresh water at all times because my parents dont mind giving my tarantulas new water because they can use a large turkey baster.

Thanks a million,

Mark

Mark,
I should be fine. It could be that long before it wants to eat anyway..:)

I would have let it go at least a week before feeding it after a molt anyway. As long as it has water, it will have no problem going a few days without food.

Nice T also, I want to get a G. pulchra:)
