Hi everyone. I discovered this spider and it has a pale yellow marking under the abdoman. It's fangs are visible to the eye and is a bit bigger than a R5 rand coin. It's abdoman is greyish and its body colour is almost a sea through red brown. Is this spider poisonous?

It looks vaguely Steatoda, possibly immature Capensis, which are very common in S. Africa. Yes, it possesses venom as do 99%+ of spiders.
It would help if you gave the approx body size in millimeters and describe the web. A messy tangle bears out Steatoda, cobweb weavers. Coloration doesn't mean much as Steatoda vary drastically with environment, maturity and sex of the animal.

One possible hint is Steatoda often have a very distinctive abdomen profile as seen in this image. (Bug Guide) . This helps differentiate between them and Latrodectus as well as many other species..
