Can a T eat a sun beetle?

I recently got some Pachnoda grubs, all my T's seem to love them. The problem I have is I dropped one in with my very defensive P. Regalis, and the little bugger buried faster than the T could get to it. And I don't see me being able to dig it up. So my question is will the T be able to eat the beetle when it emerges? Or will I have to remove the T and dig the larvae up?

I would be more concerned about issues if the spider molts.

I believe @EggMcMuffin is referring to Pachnoda marginata

I have no experience using them as feeders as I stick to crickets and the occasional roach or mealworm.

If your 'Pokie' is hungry and not choosy when it comes to roaches and such (I've noticed that, unlike obligate burrowers and bulky NW terrestrial T's, when it comes to those, there's % that arboreals can be picky about) the answer is: yes.

Or will I have to remove the T and dig the larvae up?

While I wouldn't love the idea, not even a bit, of living "unwanted" guest/s while one of my T's is next to, or molting, I doubt that a buried roach/beetle or what is, living somewhere under, will harm the Theraphosidae. Anyway, if you can easily spot, remove that.
