Question Can’t post in watering hole.

Hello all! As the title suggests I’m not able to post in the watering hole. I can go In And see it but there’s no post button. And when I use the post button from the home page I can’t find it.

Edit: I realized I need to JOIN the watering hole from my account page. How do I do that?
