Resolved Can’t use tool functions or attach photo in PM

Hey I was wondering if someone could help me out, I was trying to send a picture of a spider in a pm conversation but the buttons at the top of the message do not work and I can’t attach images. The person I was talking to was able to but I was not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks have a great day!!

Hey Smotzer,

You're actually talking about 2 separate issues.

For the toolbar not working, click the gear icon and everything in the toolbar should be active again:



As for attaching pictures, only members that have the "Arachnosupporter Plus" upgrade can attach images to a conversation.
