I am attempting to post a picture of my 3.5 feet male California Kingsnake Desert Phase. He is a really neat snake, but he is just in the process of learning how to settle down when is being held. He loves his water dish! Aubrey

Very pretty snake. I like the "checkered" look of the markings near his neck. By the way, is that a hot rock in his cage, or just a hide box? Hard to tell from that angle. Those Cal kings are real characters. I also have an adult male Cal king, coastal phase. Sorry about the so-so picture quality.

Do you mean the big tan object? That is his prized water dish from a top view. His hide box is in the opposite end of the tank and is a Cool Whip tub. Not the most ritzy house, I know, but he just loves it! By the way, you have a beautiful snake.
