Hello. I'm planning to use this an artificial hide for my C.versicolor sling. Any comment on the way the foliage was set up? I am waiting for its next molt before I rehouse it in a new enclosure. IMG_20170425_214222.jpg

I have no problem with artificial items in enclosures though personally I prefer wood for the base myself. It depends on the size and lay out of the enclosure. I like to keep my avics in a cluttered setup and all of them have made use of the clutter.

Here is my preferred avic setup. A good base of wood and lots of leaf clutter to web on.

Mine created a Web hamick / funnel attached to the side of the enclosure.
never webbed anything else , so don't be disappointed if it ignores your hide.

It may possibly use your decoration as an anchor point for webbing but I doubt it will use it as a hide..

Appreciate the feedback guys. Currently, it just uses the wood piece and fake plant as anchor points for its web tunnel, which reaches down to the substrate. And I thinks it's happy in that set-up.
