My sister in law found this T in her living room! It's wierd that I've been turning over every single rock that there is in the area and I had never found one.
It seems that it's always like this.. whenever you look for something, you don't find anything, but when you just stay without searching, then it appears
It's a rather big specimen and surprisingly has no tibial hooks, so I guess it's a female. I'll wait till its next molt to find it out.
