Hey everyone, so I got a couple C. Bach ma slings the other day and one of them has me a little worried.
Here he is yesterday munching away on a dubia nymph in his starter burrow. IMG_1534.JPG
But when I woke up this morning, burrow was empty

And I found him sitting in a corner looking slightly stressed.

I don't have a huge amount of experience with Asian tarantulas but I know they're basically pet holes. All my other spiders are deep in their burrows by sunrise so this is a little unusual. Could he be approaching a molt? Has anyone else had their obligate burrower slings do this?

It probably needs a bit more time to get used to his new world...
I hope that's all it is. I'm probably overthinking things i've just had my heart set on these guys for quite a while.

Little demon is probably just getting used to new digs.

Hey, if it took a feed that quick I would doubt it is unhealthy :)

I've seen pics of adult females. Hell fire they're stunning.

Thanks, I agree they're beautiful. Here's hoping for some females!
