hey guys, remember my last post abour h. lividum not burrowing.

guess what, i look this morning and see an entrance. well i have no time to verify that cause i'm off to office, but later i'll check again.

wish she dug the tunnel right, i told her that or she's done.....hehehehehhehehehehehhehehhehehe

Hey, like I told you, BANG!! overnight and there's a burrow!! I agree let nature take it's course, if it's a burrowing species, let it burrow. Congratulations!!

I have had my h. lividum since november and she has yet to burrow...:? does anybody have a suggestion on how deep the bedding should be ?????

Depending on the size of the T, 4 inches is about bare minimum for good digging, with 6-7 being even better.

well... i saw her burrow way down the container.

this morning, i saw her water dish beside the entrance of the burrow (strong T).
