Intresting indeed. so if they dont eat the slings other then peoples on curiosity [which would lead to disturbing the spider until it eats them] I see no reason to remove them

Mamma eating the eggsac itself long before they hatch out is a much more likely problem, right? Hence the reason most people incubate them rather than let her keep the sac?

They will eat the eggsac if they feel stressed or threatened in any way. Some species are more prone to doing it than others.

They will indeed eat the eggsack if they feel threatened but they don't however eat the slings once hatched.

Perhaps I wasn't very clear on that one.
