This may already be in a thread elsewhere. If so my apologies for duplicating information. Question.... what are the best ways to determine if a female T is mature/ready to breed?

The best way to know is checking a molt. The spermathecae will be sclerotized (darkened looking) in a mature female. Here is an example of mature spermathecae:

Checking to see if the spermathecae are sclerotised would be your best bet (although a couple of my females have surprised me with phantom sacs).
