ok i introduced my male selenotypus glenelva into the girl tank yesterday, twice. Both time she was in her burrow and refused to come out the male wandered very cautiosly over to her burrow tapping or drumming, what ever you want to call it, so i take it that is a good sign, i always chace him away before he goes down her hole, how do i get her to come out and "play"?

You cant. That little dance hes doing is supposed to lure her out to be mated. So ither hes not doing the right two step, or she might not be in the mood. Just keep trying every evening to see if there are different results.
If she is never lured out letting him head down the tunnel of doom is an option. I have had a few good matings by just putting in the male closing the lid and going to bed. Wake up the next morning if hes alive I take him out till I see a sperm web then in he goes again and off to bed I go. With burrowers I do this. Most others I try to protect the male more cause I have mulitple females.
