I have a male & female from the same parents and they're captive born. I bought an imported male today. I'm gonna set up a communal enclosure in hopes of producing some babies. Should I only house the male & female that aren't related, or will it be ok to house all three in the same enclosure as long as there's plenty of room? If the two siblings produce offspring will there be any ill effects?

no that will not pose problems, BUT a whole different thing, the males could become territorial and usually in the end the largest male wins.
A trio of two females and one male would be more fruitfull also...

I would not keep two males with one female. I have kept these in groups of eight to ten but always with more females than males, i think Michiel is right and the males might fight over the female. Also separate the female before she gives birth, I have seen males eat newborn ones even if the colony is well fed.
