I have a lovely male Asian Forest Scorpion, and I would love to breed him, but the breeder I bought him from unfortunately did not tell me his scientific name. I have been looking to see if I can find what specific species he is, but am having no luck. Is it possible and proper to breed different scorpion species like Heterometrus Petersii & Heterometrus Spinifer since they are so similar, or would it be best to get 2 scorpions with 100% known scientific names?

Hi @JaeScorpio
As the others pointed out, mixing species is not appreciated.
One first determines the species and then might think about breeding.
There was another post on this subject that may contain some useful information determining species;

I would like to add that breeding is a hassle, once you have little scorplings that require daily attention.
I hope you are not thinking about breeding for the money because if you are you chose the wrong genus since the market is flooded with 'Asian forest' scorpions.
So if eventually you want to start breeding, you might want to check first if you are able to find new owners (buyers) for your new scorpions.
