And how should I go about pairing a male up with her if she is? and what should I do with the egg sac once she lays it?

Can anyone plz tell me
1) is she mnature?
2) Whats the best way to make sure she gets fertalized?
3) should I leave the sac in there till it hatches or what?

Oh and how big the slings will be upon hatching and about how many?

Its hard to tell from a pic but she(?) might be big enough. Do you know when she molted last? Its best to get an idea of her molt schedule so you can try to time a mating appropriately. You have a huge number of questions so I'd suggest getting a good book and reading up to get a more concise idea about breeding as there are a few different methods and philosphies. Use the search feature here to get started.

Rosies are considered by many to be one of the more difficult Ts to breed in captivity. Females are known to destroy and eat egg sacs at the drop of a hat so most people will give them 20 - 30 days and then take the sac away from the mother and finish incubating the eggs themselves. Rosie hatchlings are about 1/8" when they hatch and are very slow growers.
