My juvie Brachy Albo dug a very deep burrow and covered the top with webbing and dirt, there seems to be no other exit hole or way in. Should I be concerned?

What @Poonjab said, but also it's no longer in the Brachypelma genus, there was a reorganization and your T is now Tliltocatl albopilosus.
