How fast do they grow?

Pretty darn fast. Looking at being breedable around 2-3 years. Less with the right conditions. Some molts they will seem to get bigger by more then 2 times what they were before.

i have 2 blondi which i bought last august as less than 1 inch spiderlings and they are now 4 or 5 inches

I heard from a blondi breeder, the blondi grow up during 2 or 3 years, but just the 4 or 5 years old blondis are mature.

IME they grow fast until about B smithi size and then slow down to about 1 molt a year like most other big species

Pretty quickly, I bought mine about 14 months ago at 2 1/2 inches and it is now a little over 6.
