I was letting a few of these go in our wood pile a few hours ago, and I was a wee bit careless with opening the containers and tapping them out. Well, the wind blew one that was falling out of the container right back onto my hand, and it bit me right between my thumb and index finger. I felt excruciating pain (like someone jabbed a needle straight into me) for about 3 seconds, about enough time to brush the bug off, and that was all. No swelling, no anything now. The bug was less than 1/4" long itself. Makes me wonder how getting bit by an adult would feel if a little one did that!

i'd be happy to find out for you =P

do you find these a lot? i would love to trade for some if you could get a decent number. masked hunters and wheel bugs MUST be introduced into the american hobby, as far as i am concerned :)

i really want to see what kind of funny stuff i could get to stick to masked hunters, too =P
