I am reading a book titled "The Biology of Millipedes". This book gives detailed info on millipede physiology, anatomy, taxonomy and ecology with some husbandry. Similar to "The Biology of Spiders".

Reccomended for millipede enthusiasts.

Costs an arm and a leg. I got it through inter-library loan.

I agree, Hopkin & Read's book (1992) is a great intermediate to advanced text. nice basic drawingsand photos. good look at taxonomy (changed some what but a good starting spot). follows through to feeding and ecology.
I, too. used the library for the book. Worth a look.
cheers
