Hello I recently purchased a Androctonus Australis <edit> . He looks to be healthy and was a lot smaller than I thought . Do there tails get fatter as they get older or did they send me a Androctonus Amorexi ? Is that common for people to send as a substitute

Their metasomas get thicker as they grow.
I’m not into Androctonus though, so I can’t tell the species.
