Big spider ID?

Can anybody tell me what this might be? He definitely wasn't scared of us as he didn't seem to mind us having the pencil close for a size comparison. He was found in the mechanical room of a school in Holly Colorado. Very warm dry climate in Farm country. Thanks! 20160925_152245.jpg

I think it's some kind of tengenaria
-- funnel weavers/barn/house spiders. That's just a guess from the pattern of the abdomen and what I could see if the eye pattern.

Maybe it is Alopecosa inquilina. The legs are too thick to be a tegenaria.

I'm ruling out sparassids because of those chunky thighs. <--Highly scientific analysis.
