I guess this depends on what kind of climbing you're talking about... Are we talking climbing up glass or just general climbing of branches etc? Chameleons for example, have sectioned feet that allow them to grasp branches better, some monitor species have very sharp, curved claws for climbing trees, the prehensile tailed skink has a tail that acts as an extra "hand" etc. Just a few examples
