I have set up this very basic ant farm, but I have noticed that the 'breather'(?) holes are allowing ants in and out of the ant farm. Having never set up an ant farm before, I am guessing that this is against the principal of having an ant farm.
Do I have the wrong ants?
Is my ant farm so basic that it does not allow ants to stay in?
If I tape the holes I guess they will die.....what if I tape and then pin pierce the tape....or will they get stuck on sticky tape.
Now you understand why my mood is worried!
