bc canada spider identification

hello its my first post here so forgive me if im posting in the wrong section. i live in vancouver canada and i have a giant south facing patio that gets really hot and dry. ive been dealing with a strange dark spider that im unfamiliar with. i have a large potted garden that i try to keep clutter free, but this spider makes homes in dark hidden places. im gonna post this in the hopes its a harmless wolf spider, otherwise i might nuke them with soap.

All spiders in your area are harmless apart from the widow which is not common up there and also not aggressive. The first spider is Eratigena/Tegenaria, the second is Steatoda sp. both are harmless
