As I was doing my nightly check ups on all my T’s, I noticed my 3/4” Harpactira Pulchripes (golden blue-legged baboon) has molted. The molt was in the webbing up on the wall towards the top, which was a bit confusing. As I was searching for him/her, I saw that s/he was upside in molting position on the ground in a slightly different part of the enclosure. S/he seems to be in death curl but upside down in molting position, so I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else or if there’s anything I can do to save him/her if s/he’s still alive :( I’m attaching a picture of the T, a picture of the molt, and a picture of both together (not the best but they work).

If it’s out of the old skin, not much to worry about. Rest is up to your tarantula.

There is no way to tell what is going on in the photos. It may be fine or it may not be

They may just be resting. I've had tarantulas molt who were curled up tight for a little while resting before they continued and stretched themselves out. But all you can do is wait it out and see how it goes. There's not anything you could do to help them with it that I know of
