Have you checked recently the salary teachers are paid to be kind, understanding, forgiving and humble.?

And what does that have to do with respect? If a teacher always met a students question with negative remarks or insults how many students do you think would succeed or want to ask a question again and most important if something gets you so frustrated you have to be negative and condescending don't put yourself in that position.
