This is my first Centipede so forgive the noobiness. Is it normal for these guys not to eat much ?

It did eat quite a bit when I got it in may. I have been keeping it room temp and about 60 humidity+ as directions given from the breeder. Does it take a while for them to molt?

I usually put a red goblin roach in the enclosure for a couple days to see if it eats it but It hasn't touched it, and take it out after so many days. I also keep a towel over the tank so it has darkness since my room is relatively bright.

Also question about room temps, I live in Texas so the ac is usually on , my room averages about 68-72 what temperatures do you peoples that live in the south keep your 'friends' at that works.

Thanks so much

Pedes can stay in premolt for a fair while, so I wouldn't worry. It looks pretty fat judging by the photo.
