I don't know if their all aggressive, but if the T has baboon in its name, I'm not putting my hands near it. LOL;)

as far as I know, they don't 'change color'. They are either tan, orange, etc...
I suspect most baboon species are defensive as well. I'm not much of an expert on them though! I only keep C crayshawi (king baboon) and P murinus (Usambara)
I've bred P murinus, and the males/females were the same color. Hope that helps some

Aggressiveness in my opinion depends on the individual spider. I have a Dodoma baboon that isn't aggressive at all. She would rather run than try to bite or anything.
