Hey everyone,

i was just wondering if my B. Klaasi sling was getting ready to molt or something. I’ve had her for about a week now and she ate about 3/4’s of a small mealworm on her first day here, but has refused since. The webbing was not there last night when I opened her enclosure, she also does not look like she’s in premolt IMO.

It is very difficult to see the webbing, but thought I should post these just in case.

All tarantulas will web their enclosures to help make it feel more like home, even if their species doesn't web heavily. It's completely normal.

Webbing helps them to find their way around, the majority of species tend to put down at least some.

Sling looks plump but not pre-moult (or not heavy pre-moult anyway).
