Here some pics of the mating conducted back on Jun 1 2009
Unfortunately I lost the male on the female's fangs.
stupid mistake, I should have pay more attention
I noticed only one insertion but it was really fast, not common in avics, the male slipped, and the female took that as an agresion so she attack him and killed him.
Temperature room temp 80F
Hum 60-70%
Mating was conducted at night time.
Egg sack produced 6-8 weeks after.
Egg sack was left with the mom for the whole cycle.
Babies emerged 10-5-09
Perhaps the first CB babies here in the US of A
