Avicularia sp. Peru Purple questions

I ordered a sling from Swifts and should be getting it soon. With that in mind, I have a couple of questions.

1. I've noticed that this species has a two toned abdomen consisting of long reddish hairs that frame the short purple/blackish hairs from the front, left, and right sides of the tarantula. Are the shorter hairs strictly urticating?

2. Has there been consensus yet on whether or not this species is synonymous with Avicularia urticans? I ask in the event that I decide to breed it someday.

Here's my sub-adult and she's fantastic! A really really nice spider and so graceful moving round. I can see why you asked about the urticans issue but I know I got mine as the "Purple Peru" so I'll have to stick with that.
