Avic question

in my research they say avics like tight places... here's my scenario...
I put my 3inch versi i a 1 gallon jar.... i melted holes around it for venitlation and put water dishes.... and would to climb it looks spacious really is it too soon to transfer her there? did I make a mistake in transferring her?

No. If it were any smaller, I'd say yes. At that size, it'll find a place to spin a tunnel web and make itself a good home to grow in to.
