hello everyone, i just recently today bought an avic avic its about two and half inches, im putting it a feeder cage until i finish its enclosure ive notice it hasnt moved that much at all, i'm worried about if its healthy or not, it hasnt made any webs. Is this normal for a small t? or maybe it's gonna molt soon? i'm just worried about the little guy since its my first T, thanks!

New environment, it can takes days before it starts to web so leave it alone.

also he seems to be biting his front legs is that normal ? looks like maybe he's cleaning his toes ?

Cometely normal. It's grooming itself.
