Argentine B & W Tegu

Hey! I am getting a hatchling Argentine B & W Tegu on Wednesday from Varnyard. I've never had a Tegu before, and I have been doing plenty of research into their habits, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips for heating. I have a 20 gallon long cage (just for now, the Tegu is a small newborn) and am not sure of the wattage heat bulb I should use for him/her. Also, I have read that baby Tegus only eat meat and insects, so should I even try to feed it fruits and veggies, or wait until its older?

Any other thoughts/experiences shared will also be appreciated.
