Hey,

Could anyone give me a estimate on how much you guys spend monthly on food for an adult Tegu? I know u gotta feed them like ground turkey and fruits , etc. but i would just like to know to see if i can afford one, i want one so bad it hurts! i dont need to know housing costs just food. Thanks~

They are expensive, I feed mine large rats twice a week = $8...so $32 month

thats nothing i was thinkin over 100 hehe i think they are def worth it though i just wish there was more of a selection of breeders.. maybe all u guys that breed inverts and reptiles should move to alaska!! YES GREAT IDEAR! hehe
