Are super worms good food for Hadrurus species?

I have been wondering this, I have been feeding my Live caught Hadrurus that I bought, super worms, he/she seems to like them, and by like I mean eat, but would crickets be "better" for them? That is the question/

yes they're great food, however they are most definatly not a good stable diet!

mix it up with crickets, dubias etc to ensure you get best feeding response and to ensure they are getting a variety of nutrients

Thanks, ill see if I can mix it up every time I run out of food. I am gonna get a tarantula soon aswell so...food will go out quick. XD Also what is this "flat tail" thing people are talking about scorps, I am in the dark where, everyone is treating it like the black plauge...haha.
