Our little friend has moved along, not sure why...or if she'll be back. I wish her luck out there!
They often don't live for more than a year, being an annual species -- and in your climate, she probably lived several extra months just being indoors.

I think you're probably correct Ung. She seemed quite weak when she went and most likely went off to meet her maker in peace. That said, I checked the cupboard she went onto and haven't found a body or anything! So you never know.

Fortune seems to have shone on us, though; coincidentally a large male has set up shop in my kitchen! "Winston" will now have the lovely benefit of eating all of the leftover waxworms l;ol
