I'm planning to get some fish for my aquarium, I was just wondering if there are creatures similar to the functions of springtails but able to live underwater?

Do you mean that clean up after the fish? You can get shrimp that'll clean up leftover food...

Is it a marine or freshwater aquarium? You have more options with a saltwater tank but there are freshwater detritovores available too.

Detritus worms and nematodes will magically appear in my experience. They do the same sort of job as springtails. You'll still need to do water changes. You'll still get mulm. Whether you need to vac, and how much, depends on other things. I have a soil-based planted tank, so I usually leave the mulm for the plants. It breaks down pretty fast in my tank.
